• We collect only the information needed to operate the platform and to meet legal obligations, including under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
• Identity documents are stored privately, accessed only by authorised compliance staff via short-lived links, and every access is logged.
• You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion (subject to statutory retention of financial and compliance records) from Account → Privacy.
• Essential service messages are separate from optional marketing, which is off unless you opt in.
• Retention periods are pending legal confirmation.
