Not every business qualifies for every type of fundraising on day one. Sowithme unlocks options as a business demonstrates progress and provides documents.
For founders
- Create your account and business profile. Declare your stage — Sowithme verifies it.
- See which fundraising models are available today, and exactly what unlocks the next ones.
- Build your campaign: objective, target, use of funds, backing options, milestones and risks.
- Submit for review. Once approved, publish and start receiving provider-confirmed contributions.
- Keep backers informed with updates and milestone reports.
For backers
- Discover reviewed campaigns and read their use of funds, milestones and risks.
- Verify your email and phone. Higher contribution levels need identity verification.
- Back with Mobile Money or card through our payment provider.
- Follow updates. Supporting a campaign is not an investment and pays no financial return.

Equity and debt investment are regulated activities and are not available on Sowithme until the required authorisation and a licensed intermediary are in place.
Backer verification levels
Community supporter
GH₵500 per campaign
Verified email and phone, approved payment method, basic fraud screening.
Early access backer
GH₵2,000 per campaign
Government-issued identity verification and payment-account verification.
Founding backer
GH₵10,000 per campaign
Full identity verification, address information and risk-based source-of-funds checks.
Limits are provisional Sowithme product settings, not regulatory thresholds or safe harbours, and may change.
